Dr. Awolumate is the CEO of Sceptre Advisory Services Limited, a pioneering growth specialist with nearly 30 years of experience in audit, corporate finance, wealth management, agricultural operations, and compliance. Jumoke founded Sceptre Advisory in February 2023, and within two years, the company boasts a diverse clientele across manufacturing, tech, financial services, energy, and agriculture. Leveraging 11 years of C-Suite experience, she offers transformative business strategies and interfaces with private, public, and foreign institutions to solve pressing business challenges in Nigeria.

Her previous role as Chief Operating Officer at Integrated Dairies Limited saw her lead a complete restructuring, including HR overhaul, risk management, and a successful backward integration strategy that positioned the company as the sole indigenous entity licensed for foreign exchange under the Central Bank of Nigeria’s initiative.

Jumoke began her career in 1995 as an Audit trainee at Ademola Oladeinde & Co, rising to Junior Partner. She held significant roles at Life Forte Group and Meristem Securities Limited, where she excelled in investment advisory, asset management, and corporate finance. Notably, she led several high-profile transactions, including the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Nigerian Electricity Market Stabilization Facility.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Jumoke holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Lagos Business School with a research focus on strategy and organizational growth. She is an Honorary Member of Beta Gamma Sigma and has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Nigeria’s 50 Most Inspiring Women by BusinessDay. Jumoke is committed to mentoring young professionals and enhancing business leadership practices.

Babatunde, has nearly two decades of providing consulting/advisory services and learning interventions across different industries.

He has at different stages led and been involved in strategic engagement projects providing best-in class solutions, some of these engagements include: Content development design and Facilitation for USAID initiative – Power Africa Programme (ASPIRE- Women’s; An end Leadership Programme); –to-end TQM solution deployed bank wide- engaging senior managers in cascading intended outcomes; Bespoke change management framework, anchoring new culture imperatives of new institutional investors of one of the leading banks post-consolidation; Leadership integration learning tool in conjunction with Cranfield University for a leading telecommunications company; Execution framework, detailing coherent key-points of one of the leading co educational schools as part of their drive in attaining COBIS status; Design of a “Leaders in Public-Sector” platform (with a strong African footprint) for one of the leading banks as part of a private sector led intervention; Bank wide strategic- Learning intervention as part of an acculturation exercise in defining the ‘banks way’; Employee engagement survey and strategic implications debrief for a leading banking institution.
