Jumoke founded Sceptre Advisory in February 2023, and within two years, the company boasts a diverse clientele across manufacturing, tech, financial services, energy, and agriculture. Leveraging 11 years of C-Suite experience, she offers transformative business strategies and interfaces with private, public, and foreign institutions to solve pressing business challenges in Nigeria.

Her previous role as Chief Operating Officer at Integrated Dairies Limited saw her lead a complete restructuring, including HR overhaul, risk management, and a successful backward integration strategy that positioned the company as the sole indigenous entity licensed for foreign exchange under the Central Bank of Nigeria’s initiative.

Jumoke began her career in 1995 as an Audit trainee at Ademola Oladeinde & Co, rising to Junior Partner. She held significant roles at Life Forte Group and Meristem Securities Limited, where she excelled in investment advisory, asset management, and corporate finance. Notably, she led several high-profile transactions, including the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Nigerian Electricity Market Stabilization Facility.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Jumoke holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Lagos Business School with a research focus on strategy and organizational growth.
